Fassgold is brewed with a blend of pilsner and Vienna malts and fermented using a traditional Kölsch yeast originally sourced from Cologne, Germany. Light, sweet malt provides flavors of cracker and fresh bread, while the yeast provides green fruity flavors similar to a German Riesling wine, apple, and pear.
